Insurgent (Divergent Series)

Insurgent - Veronica Roth

First, if your about to read this and it's been awhile since you read Divergent, then put the book down and reread at least the second half of Divergent.
In my opinion it hurts the second book if you aren't coming right off of Divergent.
With all that said, This was a good second book. I didn't find it amazing like some people, but I didn't find that it fell into the "oh boring second book" category either. It moved the story line forward, Which is awesome!
I did have a few moments where Tris got on my nerves (I wanted to slap her out of it), but overall it wasn't too much to ruin the book . (Like so many books out there where the girl irritates the reader so bad it RUINS the story)
I'd also like to say that just seeing the cover online doesn't tell you how cool the tree cover is. I'm really impressed with it and my first thought was "Wow that'd be a great Tattoo!"

Quotes that were perfect for the book (this maybe spoil-ish)
" And sometimes, if you want the truth, you have to demand it."

"The value of a sacrifice lies in its necessity, not in throwing your life away!"

"Noun. A person who acts in opposition to the established authority, who is not necessarily regarded as a belligerent."

The ending of the book..well

Because I've read books like..Across the Universe, Matched, & Inside Out, the ending wasn't that much of a shocker. I thought it fit perfectly and made the most sense.
