I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings by Maya Angelou
So disappointing. The pacing was wrong off. It felt like she took her time all through the book (her younger years) then decided to hurry the story along the last 50 pages. Is this book suppose to have one that follows it?
I saw some complaints from readers saying the rape was explicit. I didn't think so.
